Return Policy

This policy will be implemented in both our online store and physical store. The location of our store is given on our website as well as the contact number. You are also free to visit us or call us to make any queries or to make a return call. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

You may have a refund in the following terms in case you are not quite satisfied with what you purchased:

Return Policy Conditions

You will have 15 days (after receiving your order) to return your product (in-store and online purchase).

To be eligible for a return:

• The perfume bottle must contain at least 90% of the original product
• One has to give the item back in its original packaging
• The box should be well preserved without any damage

Please note:

• We will not take back the bottle in case of any scratches, cracks, leakage or any other physical damages
• The product has to be in a desirable state in order to be returned

In the case of online order, after the return order is made, it could take 5 to 6 working days before the product arrives at us. Upon taking and examining the item, we will then process your return policy. In the event that any return fails to comply with the conditions above, we will reject it.
